  2. Portrait of Berlin 14.9.14

This portrait of Berlin is based on my hitchhiking trip down there last month. The painting reprecents all the fantastic and loving people I met and all the other great experiences.

ibuyperu saw my post about me going to Berlin so he wrote me and asked if we should meet up for coffee. We had a great meet up and went for a long walk talking about art and how nice it would be to open a café together. The following days he took me and my girlfriend to the museum für naturkunde and to other amazing places such as Tempelhofer park and the hyped part of Neükölln.

My home’s portrait by Ulrik Myrtue

A few weeks ago I asked Ulrik if we could do some sort of collaboration or art swap. We decided to do a home portrait based on our homes’ pictures we sent to each other. It’s interesting to see how we incorporated our own styles into each other’s home. I absolutely love the randomness and the little details of the work!

Thank you so much Ulrik! Hope I’ll have the chance to do this again. I’m more than happy to do more of this kind of collaboration with different people!

  4. Portrait of me and my home by Stanley Chung 17.9.14

Stanley afsked me if we should make some kind of collaboration or trade and I suggest that we portraited each other’s homes. Stanley accepted the idea so we took some pictures of our flats and swapped them. So we could make the portraits based on the pictures.

The other day this color drawing on wood came in my door all the way from Hong Kong.

I love it Stanley! Thank you so much for contacting me! And to share with me!

  6. My face 9.9.14
artboydancing mailed me this work in progress picture a few weeks ago. It’s my face! Or it’s a copy of my face at least. You can really tell that It’s a imprint of me.

I’m so exited to see the final result of this 1:1 sculpture of me that Art Boy is doing.
He just mailed me today and asked if everything is okay with me or if anything happened to me because he is having troubles finding out how to go on with the peace it’s like that he can’t connect to it there’s something blocking.
So I’m okay but not like flying at all. I’m still searching for my meaning of life and that’s a very long journey sometimes it’s great but sometimes it’s also depressing. And in the moment I guess it’s a bit hard but then my mind falls on a thousands things that makes me very happy.
My girlfriend, my friends, my family, my home, my freedom to travel, free education, I’m good looking, you guys following me and you that I trade art with.

  8. Art dumping 23.8.14

A couple of weeks ago I took a walk through the city center of my home town Aarhus. I brought 6 of my small glass paintings because I wanted to leave them at random places, so I did.

The reason why I dump my work is not that I don’t care much about it because I really love my paintings. I just really like to share my creations with strangers. I guess that some of my work ends in the dumpster but it sometimes also ends in peopels homes and that’s just fantastic.

The other day when I was looking around in different thriftshops here in Aarhus I randomly found one of the 6 small peaces I dumped a few weeks ago. I asked the old ladies in the shop if the knew who the artist was but they couldn’t help me with that.

Sometimes I sell my art for the price that I want and that could be like 200 € other times I dump it on the street or do a swap with other artists and finally I find it in a secondhand store and now the price is 3,5 €. I didn’t buy it though.

  10. Ho tivoli and flea market 28-31.8.14

For the first time I’m visiting this yearly event in Ho, Denmark together with Tabita Henriksen and Søren Bosch.

We decided to group up and go somewhere fare away in distance but also in mentality(Maybe).

We brought alot of our art and materials so we could create new works during the weekend. The prices on our paintings and sculptures is set to fit the market prices. So they are very cheap this weekend in Ho.

It’s been great fun so far and we have met all kind of special/different yet sweet people.

I’ll follow up with pictures and experiences from day 2 and 3.
